The purpose of this “night photography” seminar is to get acquainted with the magical world of low light imaging, urban landscape, public portraiture using public light sources and how to be playful and creative at night. Astro photography is not included, even though you may choose to try it anyway.
You will need a tripod, a small flashlight, wear middle toned attire(not white nor black).
The seminar will last for about 2 1\2 hours, give or take.
Alexander Voutsas was born in New York. He studied Marketing and Management, Photography and Printing Management and Sciences from the Rochester Institute of Photography. He has been teaching photography at the Athens School of Fine Arts, since 2000. He coordinates the art group Meta-feasted (since 2020), whose work has been shown at the Platforms Project, an international art fair. Alexander has had seven solo exhibitions and has participated and is currently active in many group shows.
