KYAN Projects is pleased to announce the solo show “Café-Snack-Bar: TA PATHOI” by Athens based artist Barba Dee, opening Thursday March 10th and running through April 10th 2022.
It is the first time that KYAN Project Space has been utilized as a residency, therefore giving the opportunity to the artist to develop his work in the space that he will be presenting his research and practice of the past four months. Βarba Dee’s exhibition is an example of a painterly ‘patchwork’, the synthesis of which is based on the aesthetics of contemporary digital collages.
The images that will appear in his solo presentation aim to create a network of story telling and analysis on the contemporary Greek Identity.
