Green. The mixture of yellow and blue. Wherever you look in nature, you will find it. Green leaves, plain, flowers. It is synonymous with wealth, spring, hope, calmness, but also it is the color of toxicity, mold, decay. In Andrea Pytlik’s works, green and its shades, overwhelm spectator’s eyes. They are not just artworks, they are an experience unlike anything else. Nature and its expressions personalized.

Peter-Paul Tschaikner and Hermann Nitsch were his teachers in his summer academies. The last 20 years, green is the color that he uses the most as a painter, a sculptor, a photographer, a writer. Amongst others, his artworks were visited in Bosnia, Croatia, Denmark, Austria, Portugal and now for the very first time in Greece.

Green is considered the universal symbol of safety and permission to go. In this place, the light is always green. You may enter.
