Eternidade' is a cycle of performances, sculptures and films created within the post-decomposition environment of Aun Helden's work.
The performances are situated in the specific moment where the created body exists simultaneously in the resplendence of its own transgression, but also in a failing state.
Understanding the process of metamorphosis of a body not as a place of salvation, but as an eternal process capable of generating ruptures, the artist performs a funeral for her sculptures and prosthetic bones that will transform what would be the ending of a body, namely death, into a new beginning. Presenting her work for the first time in Greece the exhibition will showcase the fifth act of the series, including a performance and a film screening.
