(a) Collaboration, a process between Nicholas Cheveldave and Sebastian Lloyd Rees, questioning metropolis-architectures in relation to the rural. Over the course of 18-months Nicholas, Sebastian and Hot Wheels Projects have engaged in conversation stemming from ideas of nature, timing, structure and vernacular. (a) Collaboration will extend this discussion.

Nicholas Cheveldave (b. 1984, Victoria, Canada) lives and works in London, UK. He completed his MFA at Goldsmiths, University of London in 2014. Sebastian Lloyd Rees (b. 1986 in Stavanger, Norway) lives and works in New York and Soriano Nel Cimino, Italy. He completed his BFA at Goldsmiths University, London. Over the past decade and together with Ali Eisa, Lloyd Rees has been one half of Lloyd Corporation, staging projects with Jerwood Arts, London (2019); Carlos/ Ishikawa, London (2018); South London Gallery, London (2018); Raven Row, London (2018); Prada Foundation / Qatar Museum Authorities, Athens (2017); Frieze London’s Live Projects (2016); Mirror City, Hayward Gallery, London (2014); and Musée du château des ducs de Wurtemberg, Montbéliard (2012).
