Tamara Vignati tries to stay awake for 28 hours working on cameraless and analogue photography.

The place is open to the public from 31 march at 2pm to 1 april at 6pm.
It is the first day with the daylight saving time.
The dark room (11 hours with the red light): from 8pm to 7am
sunrise 7:11am.
The bright hours: from 7am to 8pm.

Emo bedroom pop, super happy melancholic dance and too much sweet chewing-gum tweets, Servizietti will try to save you from your office worker life looking for happiness in a bunch of tinckles of xylophone and in Swedish choirs that are embracing back the spring time.

The studio is a workplace: no smoke, no alcohol, no drugs, only vegetarian food inside please.

Analogue photography lives both in the dark and in the light.
In the hours of absence of the sun, the space is used as a darkroom. The space at night is also a place of sensuality. Nude images can be made with red light to those who want to show themselves or hidden behind a curtain.
In the hours of light the sun draws the photographic paper prepared during the night.

The dates coincide with the end of Tamara three-month stay in Athens. It is a spatial restitution, a sharing, of thoughts, impressions, experiments which takes place for as long as MEME remains open.

M2M8​ is a 28 hours residency where artists are invited to make a new work in the time and space given. ​M2M8​ takes place in the ​MEME gallery, Keramikou 28, Metaxourgeio​.
Starting on ​Sunday at 14:00​, an artist will occupy the MEME gallery, on ​Monday at 20:00 the gallery will be open for public for The Vernifinissage.
