Chorus Effect is the name of the artistic group that consists of Valery Bolotin, Maria Schina and Masha Zusman.

They have been working together since 2018 in Kythera, initially transforming the space of the Community Wind Band of Kythera (Philharmoniki Potamou Kithiron) into a contemporary exhibition space and organizing there art exhibitions and parallel activities.

The aim of these exhibitions is to familiarize the public with contemporary art, and the parallel creation of art activities for students, depending on the theme of the exhibitions.

The exhibitions they have organized and the corresponding art actions that have taken place so far are:

Valery Bolotin is a visual artist and photographer. He completed his undergraduate and postgraduate studies at the Bazael Academy of Arts in Jerusalem and comparative literature at Tel Aviv University in Israel. He lives and works between Tel Aviv and Kythera.

Masha Zusman studied Fine Arts at the Bezalel Academy of Arts in Jerusalem (2004) and holds a PhD in Theoretical Physics. Since 2005 she is co-founder of Barbur Gallery in Jerusalem and since 2007 she has been teaching at the Arts Academy of Bazael Academy. She lives and works between Tel Aviv and Kythera.

Maria Schina was born in Athens and has been living in Kythera for the last few years. She studied sculpture at the Gerrit Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam (1998-2002) and completed postgraduate studies at the Athens School of Fine Arts in the department of Digital Art Forms (2005-2007).
